I’m tired today from the long weekend!
Did you all have a nice Easter Sunday? I sure did! What a blessing to celebrate the most important day of the year with family and friends!
I am looking forward to going to dinner tonight to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday. We are going to Olive Garden. I am hoping to find some MSG-free chicken or something. I used to get soup and salad all of the time, but I am no longer allowed to have any soup ever. Period! 😦
I just enjoyed a yummy snack that I wanted to share with you all. It’s so easy and packed with lots of protein and fiber.
It is simply one half cup cottage cheese & one cup Kashi Go Lean Original.
